Louis was covered head to toe in snow gear, as it just started a nice snowfall at Hogwarts, and he couldn't be more excited for it. He couldn't wait to do the normal things of building a snowman, going sledding, having snowball fights. He loved the winter and everything about it as it was always an adventure for him. He hummed a quiet Holiday tune as he walked farther down the lawn, and noticed not a lot of students were outside. As most had either already gone home for the holidays, or the vast majority of them were probably cozening up to the huge fireplace in the great hall. He didn't mind the cold, as he loved every bit of it, he couldn't help and smile and act like a little kid again. He ran down the lawn and did a small sled slip down a hill and almost ran into someone.
"Oh I'm sorry didn't see you there!" He exclaimed immediately.
Hunter was more than happy as the snow fell from the sky. Looking outside his window from his dorm, he was ready to get this going. Running past Hayes, he was able to get to the closet and throw on a pair of jeans, a long sleeve shirt and a thick hoodie that he could wear outside. Slipping on some gloves that he got from Uncle Don a couple years back, the young man hurried through the halls of Hogwarts to try and get outside to the wonderful white snow. Coming out into the crisp air, he inhaled deeply, pulling a gray beanie from his hoodie pocket, slipping it over his messy bed head. He would make friends somewhere in this. Hunter liked to be social anyways. Just as he was about to step down the lawn, he was gripped onto by another boy, one that he recognized only slightly. "It's all good, man." he replied, smiling. "I would have probably tripped myself." he replied, laughing.

He nodded, "I can't help but feel like a kid sometimes when it comes to the snow and winter. I love it a lot!" He said with a slight chuckle. His face was already flushed, but only due to the cold outside. However, he didn't mind it one bit. "I'm Louis by the way." He said holding his hand out for him to shake. At this point it didn't matter if he wasn't pureblood, what his mother didn't know won't hurt him. Since he was a pureblood, according to his mother, he wasn't allowed to hang out with anyone else, muggle borns or half-bloods. He of course didn't agree with this matter at all, and thus ignored his wishes. Although, anyone that was in with the pureblood elist would and could probably easily tell his mother about who he hangs around with. But he still didn't care on that matter, he also didn't care that his mother had already arranged a marriage with him regardless of the fact that he's actually gay. He wanted to make friends at Hogwarts, because of who he is, not because of any specific group. He hated that his mother just didn't not agree with any of that at all. "Anyway, I know a place where we can get some sledding material to make makeshift sleds out of, wanna come?" He asked curiously with a slight smirk.
Hunter couldn't help but make a small chuckle. "I love the snow too. I have grown up with it, but I was born in California, so I am always more prone to warm weather." he replied, smiling. Hunter pulled the beanie closer over his ears and nodded. "Nice to meet you. I'm Hunter." he replied, nodding. Taking the hand extended to him, he shook it with a smile. There was no reason to worry about anything other than friendship. He liked making friends. He needed them regardless. He always got worried with his brothers, that they spent too much time together. They were best friends though, Hunter loved his brothers, but staring at his own face a lot got very annoying. "Louis, you had me at sled." Hunter laughed.

"Oh that's in America right? I've never been there, I do want to travel there at one point." He said with a smile. "I'm from Doncaster, so and I don't really travel to a whole lot of places either." He explained with a shrug. Louis couldn't help but chuckle at him and nodded, "Alright let's go." He said as he led him to a little shed, where they hid some trash cans and other maintenance things. "When I was growing up me and my friends would take trash can lids, and trash bags and use them as sledding tools. They make you go down hill extremely fast, and don't worry we won't get into trouble I always make sure to put them back before anyone else finds out." He explained. Although they wouldn't really get into trouble since it was like they were destroying property or anything like that.
Hunter nodded his head the boy. He didn't have much of a memory of California. He and his brothers had moved to the United Kingdom around when they were five, so memories of the sunny beaches only came to their current vacation times. They often went back during longer vacations, but that didn't seem to happen too often anymore. Uncle Don was working more than he had in the past. Probably to keep up with how fast he and his brothers were growing. "That's cool. My brothers and I don't travel a ton either. It's usually to see our old house, but that's about it." he shrugged, trying to keep things as casual as possible. Hunter was excited to get to the sledding part. His brother and he usually did it all, but he liked the idea of trying to do it with someone else. It made more of a way to make friends and show that the triplets were always around one another. Hunter laughed, "Don't worry, I'm not too nervous about the getting into trouble part." he added. Hunter had gotten detention before, to his uncle's dismay.
